The HCM Blended Models offer company-sponsored retirement plans four unconstrained portfolios based on the plan participant’s risk tolerance. These portfolios are tactically managed, rebalanced quarterly and utilize the HCM-Buyline® indicator.
Model Composition: Plan participants can choose between a blended conservative, blended balanced, blended growth, or blended aggressive portfolio allocation comprised of proprietary Mutual Funds.

The HCM Custom Models offer company-sponsored retirement plans five risk-based models designed for varying degrees of risk and return objectives. These portfolios are tactically managed, rebalanced quarterly and utilize the HCM-Buyline® indicator.
Model Composition: Plan participants can choose between a conservative, conservative growth, moderate growth, growth, or aggressive growth portfolio allocations comprised of non-proprietary ETFs and Mutual Funds.

Our goal is to help you limit your fiduciary liability and responsibility. By partnering with HCM-Guided Retirement we can serve as the 3(38) fiduciary on your plan. In addition, the HCM Blended and Custom Models both qualify as a retirement plans Qualified Default Investment Alternative (QDIA).
The investments are mathematically selected. Qualified Default Investment Alternative (“QDIA”) General Information: You have the right to select how the assets in your retirement plan account will be invested. You may need to make investment elections upon initial enrollment under the plan, upon a change of investment options under the plan, or upon receipt of a rollover or transfer contribution into your account. If you do not follow the plan’s procedures for making investment elections timely, any contributions made to your account will be invested in the plan’s qualified default investment alternative (“QDIA”) as described below. The allocation of your account will continue in this manner until you advise the Plan Administrator otherwise. The Plan Administrator will provide you with information on the plan’s procedures for making investment elections, including other investment alternatives available under the plan. Participants retain the right to change or alter their investment elections at any time, and will not incur any additional restrictions, fees, or expenses as a result of doing so.
